Vizcaya’s social media community policy is designed to create an open and respectful space for followers to share their opinions with the museum and each other.
 
To anyone who follows Vizcaya on social media, welcome to the Vizcaya family! We are here to answer your questions and help you have the best possible experience during your visit. Private or direct messages (DMs) are enabled, so feel free to reach out if you have specific questions.
 
To ensure a genuine and engaging experience for our social media family, here are the guidelines to follow. If your comment violates these, we reserve the right to delete your comments and/or block your account. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hearing from you!
 
  • Be relevant: Post comments that are on-topic. Spammers will be removed accordingly.
  • Be respectful: Constructive criticism is welcome and we are always eager to hear the opinions and feedback of our visitors. Please be respectful as any comments that are offensive to any groups or individuals or advocate violence as well as use foul language, name-calling or hate speech will be removed. Continued use of the same will result in users being banned from the pages or accounts where the offense was committed.
