Reservations featuring unscanned tickets can be changed or rescheduled for a new date upon request. Visitors can request a refund for unscanned tickets up to 14 days from the original reservation date. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
There are no refunds for already used or scanned tickets.
Community Programs and Events
Refunds and cancellations for community programs must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours prior to the event date. Please note that community programs at Vizcaya are rain or shine and refunds will not be granted for no-shows or late arrivals.
Advanced reservation requires a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of $25 plus tax. The remaining fees of $225 plus tax for a week day permit or $325 plus tax for a weekend permit are paid day of at the Admissions booth. Upon entering, fees are non-refundable, and permits are issued “rain or shine”.
Premium Photo Permits
Daytime photo permits forfeit the non-refundable $25 reservation fee upon cancellation.
Premium photo permit reservations may be transferred 1 time to a new available date within 90 days of the original reservation date.
If a visitor wishes to reschedule a second time or requests a change of date within 48 hours of the reservation date:
20% of the permit price is forfeited as a cancellation fee The visitor would need to book a new date on Vizcaya.org.
