General Admissions Tickets
Reservations featuring unscanned tickets can be changed or rescheduled for a new date upon request. Visitors can request a refund for unscanned tickets up to 14 days from the original reservation date. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
All requests must be submitted in writing and sent via email to vizcayainformation@vizcaya.org.
There are no refunds for already used or scanned tickets.
Community Programs and Events
Refunds and cancellations for community programs must be submitted via email to learning.programs@vizcaya.org at least 24 hours prior to the event date. Please note that community programs at Vizcaya are rain or shine and refunds will not be granted for no-shows or late arrivals.

Daytime Photo Permits
Advanced reservation requires a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of $25 plus tax. The remaining fees of $225 plus tax for a week day permit or $325 plus tax for a weekend permit are paid day of at the Admissions booth. Upon entering, fees are non-refundable, and permits are issued “rain or shine”.
Daytime photo permits forfeit the non-refundable $25 reservation fee upon cancellation.
Premium Photo Permits
Premium photography permit reservations may be transferred once to a new available date within 30 days of the original reservation, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. If no alternate date is available, the reservation will be cancelled.
If a visitor requests a cancellation, a second reschedule, or a change of date within 48 hours of the reservation:
The permit reservation will be cancelled and 20% of the permit cost will be retained as a cancellation fee. Clients are responsible for booking a new date through Vizcaya.org.
- Garden Premium Permit Non-Refundable Deposit: $90
- Indoor Premium Permit Non-Refundable Deposit: $150
