MIAMI – January 30, 2026 –It’s back! South Florida’s philanthropic society comes together for the Vizcaya Preservation Luncheon, a Miami tradition that celebrates history, fashion, and preservation at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. Hosted by co-chairs Jenni Coba, Christina Martin and Nancy McCormick as well as honorary chair Swanee DiMare, the luncheon takes place on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., supporting the preservation and community programming of this National Historic Landmark.
Often referred to as the Hat Luncheon, the anticipated spring event encourages attendees to wear stylish hats—ranging from elegantly classic to boldly avant-garde—set against the breathtaking backdrop of Vizcaya’s historic architecture and lush gardens, which serve as home for Miami and an inspiration for all.
“This vibrant celebration of spring mirrors the season’s spirit of rejuvenation, symbolizing our ongoing dedication to preserving Vizcaya’s beauty and history for future generations,” shared Cammy Richards, Vizcaya’s Director of Special Events.
The afternoon begins with a cocktail reception to the musical stylings of Valerie Tyson Entertainment Jazz Quartet in the Main House Courtyard, where guests mingle while showcasing latest spring looks. On the waterfront, LID Entertainment performs live over a sumptuous multi-course luncheon catered by Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design.
Guests can look forward to a lively program that includes the annual fashion contest, raffles, and other signature moments that have made the event one of Miami’s most iconic spring gatherings. The fashion contest—a highlight of the day—celebrates creativity and personal style in categories such as Most Elegant Ensemble, Best Hat, and Most Avant-Garde.
This year’s luncheon will once again feature Emmy-awarded anchor Laurie Jennings as Emcee, alongside Vizcaya Executive Director Joel Hoffman. This year’s event is generously sponsored by Neiman Marcus Coral Gables as fashion sponsor and Manolo Blahnik as luxury footwear sponsor.
