ACCESS THE SECOND FLOOR | IN-PERSON EXPERIENCE This experience is your only chance to access the second floor of the Main House. Join CAP alumni artist, David Rohn, as he reprises his role as Chef Theo Caze, who was recruited by Vizcaya owner James Deering over 100 years ago. Rohn will be performing between the hours of 12:30 and 3:30 p.m. Chef Caze is just one of several staff members portrayed in Rohn's Contemporary Art installations "help" at Vizcaya in 2016. JOIN FOR FREE | Register here Did you know you can grow new veggies from food scraps? Give new life to your leftovers with this lesson. After cooking, you can save things like carrots, radishes, lettuce hearts and supplement the home garden we started last week. Activity: Watch as we take veggie leftovers and scraps and plant them to grow new ones. Then follow along in your own garden. Recommended for families with children ages 6-12.
