Vision Board Workshop: The Landscape of your Life
AT 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Discover a new path to well-being with the “Landscape of Your Life,” a vision board class taught by the renowned Dr. Patricia Isis through the lens of expressive art. This is an opportunity to embrace your inner artist as you embark on a journey of self-care and self-reflection.
No artistic skills? No problem. This class is tailored for everyone, regardless of artistic background.
This workshop is suitable for all ages, and effective in individual, group, couple, or family settings. It’s the perfect activity for those seeking balance and contentment in life through creative expression.
The Approach:
- Begin with warm-up practices that embrace the ‘what is’ through image, movement, sound, and spoken word.
- Create a unique landscape that represents your past, present, and future, using art as a medium for exploration and expression.
Empower the Self:
- Learn processes and resources to enhance your self-care practices.
- Utilize simple art materials, guided by Dr. Isis, to use art and creativity as tools for reflection and personal development.

About Dr. Patricia Isis:
Dr. Isis holds a Ph.D. in expressive therapies and is a licensed mental health counselor, registered board-certified art therapist, and certified mindful self-compassion teacher. With over 40 years of experience, she is an internationally renowned presenter and author of “The Mindful Doodle Book: 75 Creative Exercises to Help You Live in the Moment.”
Thoughtful Thursday Wellness Series:
This workshop is part of a six-week wellness series at Vizcaya Village, featuring a variety of wellness practices. Join us each Thursday for expressive art therapy modalities, cooking demonstrations, and art-making activities.

Refund Policy and Requests
All refund requests must be submitted 24 hours prior to the event date.
To cancel member tickets, email chris.rodriguez@vizcaya.org. All other ticket holders make refund requests on the Eventbrite sales page. No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.

Online Tickets Required
Every person, regardless of age or member status, is required to have a ticket and will not be admitted without one. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are not sold at door.
Making a donation to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens does not grant entry to this program. Health and safety regulations remain in place. This program is rain or shine.

While not all areas of the estate are wheelchair accessible, community programs are purposefully located in areas without stairs or that can be accessed via a ramp.

Village Programs + East Side Access
This program takes place in Vizcaya Village and access is restricted to this space. Program admission does not include access to the Main House and gardens on the east side of the property and only includes access to the Village during program hours, 6-9pm.
