personal photographers
Guests who wish to bring a personal photographer must purchase a $500 Special Event Photo Permit in advance. Each photographer must also register with Vizcaya, including signing the Photographer Code of Conduct, by Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 5 p.m.
Each permit covers one photographer and one assistant during the cocktail reception, 7 to 8:30 p.m. On-site registration is not available.
These requirements protect our guests as well as the campus and collections that make Vizcaya a home for Miami and an inspiration for all.
PERMITS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE SHORTLY.
All personal photographers and their assistants must adhere to Vizcaya’s Photographer Code of Conduct, which outlines requirements for professional attire, permitted photography areas, equipment, guest privacy, and the use and sharing of images.
Photographers must respect guest preferences, follow staff and security instructions, and remain within designated areas and photography hours. These guidelines help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests while protecting Vizcaya’s historic estate and collections.
As part of the registration process, the lead photographer must review and sign the Code of Conduct by Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 5 p.m. Registration will be confirmed by email once all required documentation and the corresponding photo permit purchase have been verified.
