Vizcaya welcomes media professionals interested in covering this National Historic Landmark as well as our programs and community initiatives.
All media inquiries must be coordinated through the Marketing Department. Complimentary admission, interviews, and photo/video access are offered to working media covering Vizcaya in an editorial capacity.
To submit a request, email us with the following information:
- Name and website of your publication or outlet
- Description of your planned coverage (topic, format, and expected publication date)
- Links to recent, relevant work
- For freelancers: an editorial assignment letter or confirmation from your editor
- Any deadlines or important dates, such as visit or shoot date(s)
- Any additional details relevant to your request (e.g., sample interview questions, photo needs, required releases)
Types of Media Requests We Support:
- Interviews: With Vizcaya staff or leadership
- Courtesy Visits: For travel writers, freelancers, and reporters actively covering the museum
- Event Coverage: For community programs and public events. Please note: Complimentary admission is not available for the Vizcaya Ball or the Preservation Luncheon.
- Influencer Collaborations: Creators may inquire about partnership opportunities and special access.
- Photo/Video Access: Requests for archival or present-day media as well as or on-site editorial shoots. Please note that Marketing only covers photo and film requests where Vizcaya is the main subject. Projects where Vizcaya serves as a backdrop must purchase a Photo Permit.
Important Notice on Press Credentials
