Beyond Vizcaya: Story Submission Agreement

By submitting your story to the Beyond Vizcaya project, you agree to the following terms:

1. Permission to Share
   You grant Beyond Vizcaya the non-exclusive right to share, publish, and distribute your submitted story—whether in whole or in part—on its platforms, including digital, print, social media, or exhibition formats.

2. Ownership and Rights
   You retain ownership of your story. This agreement does not transfer your copyright; it simply gives Beyond Vizcaya permission to use your content for project-related purposes.

3. Edits and Formatting
   Your story may be lightly edited for clarity, grammar, or formatting. However, the essence and core message will be preserved.

4. Use of Name and Attribution
   You may choose whether your story is shared with your name, anonymously, or under a pseudonym. Please indicate your preference upon submission.

5. Voluntary Participation
   Submission is entirely voluntary, and you may request to withdraw your story from future use by contacting the project team.

By submitting your story, you confirm that it is your original work and that you have read and agreed to the terms above.
