HAND-PRINTED GIVEAWAY WITH 22ND OF NEVER | August 2024
1. Eligibility
• This giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents only.
• Must be 18 years or older to enter.
• Employees of Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, 22nd of Never, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. Entry Period
• The giveaway begins on Thursday, August 29, 2024, and ends on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at NOON ET.
3. How to Enter
• Leave a comment on the post below with your favorite spot at Vizcaya.
4. Prize Details
• One winner will receive one large-scale 18×24 original print of Vizcaya’s Tea House by 22nd of Never.
• The total value of the prize is US$195.00.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. These also cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
• The prize will be provided and paid for by 22nd of Never. 22nd of Never will directly contact the winner to coordinate the logistics of delivering the print. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is not responsible for the provision or the execution of the prize.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
• Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and comment within two weeks days of the selection, no later than September 26, 2024.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within seven days, the winner forfeits the prize.
6. General Conditions
• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
• Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and 22nd of Never reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms.
7. Liability and Publicity
• Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and 22nd of Never are not responsible for any errors in entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.
• Winners agree to allow Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and 22nd of Never to use their names, photographs, or other likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation.
8. Data Privacy
• Participants’ information will be used in accordance with Vizcaya Museum and Gardens’ privacy policy, and shared with 22nd of Never as outlined above.
9. Right to Cancel or Suspend Contest
• If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, due to causes beyond the control of Vizcaya Museum and Gardens and 22nd of Never, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest.
