Meditate with Vizcaya Online

yoga class at VIzcaya

Historically, Vizcaya has served as a place of leisure and respite. Its original owner, James Deering, created the estate after medical advisory instructed him to seek a warmer climate to shield him from the Chicago winter.

The tradition of health and wellness has been kept alive at Vizcaya through the years in the form of community programing. Yoga and meditation in the waterfront gardens have been a staple for years at the museum and are now available online.
