AT 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

$5

Join us for an enlightening afternoon at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens as we delve into the world of urban farming and its profound impact on both people and the planet. This unique lecture features two distinguished Vizcaya experts — Urban Farming Horticulturalist Quinn Metoyer and Urban Farming Programs Manager Sheila Gutierrez — who will explore the nurturing value of plants and innovative approaches to farming in urban spaces. TICKETS: $5, FREE to students and members.

To promote inclusion for all, Vizcaya ensures that all community programs, after-hour and weekend events for locals, feature activities that are physically accessible to all visitors. While not all areas of the estate are wheelchair accessible, community programs are purposefully located in areas without stairs or that can be accessed via a ramp.
