Join us in the historic Vizcaya Village Garage for an interactive workshop that delves into the techniques and profound narratives of the LGBTQ community, focusing on HIV/AIDS stories. Explore the art and impact of oral history through Florida International University’s Miami Studies Program, funded by a generous grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), featuring two enlightening workshops led by oral history expert Dr. Dan Royles. Sign up for FREE online!
To promote inclusion for all, Vizcaya ensures that all community programs, after-hour and weekend events for locals, feature activities that are physically accessible to all visitors. While not all areas of the estate are wheelchair accessible, community programs are purposefully located in areas without stairs or that can be accessed via a ramp.
