MIAMI – Nov. 22, 2022 – Sold out for the second year in a row, the Vizcaya Ball welcomed 350 guests into an enchanted garden fantasy in honor of the Centennial of the Gardens.
A staple on Miami’s social calendar, the goal-breaking event raised funds for the continued preservation of this National Historic Landmark and highlighted the Centennial Conservation Projects taking place to bring back the estate’s green spaces to their original glory.
Guests arrived to the cascade entrance dressed in black tie attire inspired by the subtropical landscape. The cocktail reception took place in the Main House courtyard, as the space filled with the sounds of The Miami Symphony Orchestra with Conductor Eduardo Marturet and String Along and Friends. Guests enjoyed an aerial performance from LADD Miami Circus Arts Center.
Patrons then moved outdoors for a seated dinner under the stars on the estate’s waterfront terrace catered by Thierry Isambert Catering and Design as Mistress of Ceremonies Roxy Vargas took the stage alongside Vizcaya’s Executive Director, Joel Homffan.
Guests hit the dance floor to the beats of the Valerie Tyson Band and enjoyed the captivating performance by New Century Dance. The evening culminated in a spectacular laser show over the iconic Stone Barge from Laser Network Productions.
The fundraiser was co-chaired by Jenni and Joshua Coba and Ken O’Keefe, with Nancy V.T. McCormick and Ramon Rasco as Presenting Patrons and Kenneth C. Griffin as Presenting Sponsor.

SOBRE EL MUSEO Y JARDINES DE VIZCAYA
El Museo y Jardines de Vizcaya es un Monumento Histórico Nacional que preserva sus recursos culturales y medioambientales para que la gente conecte con el pasado, comprenda el presente y forje el futuro.
