Classroom Lessons That Engage Students
To prepare for your visit to Vizcaya please view the directions and parking details, bring with you a copy of the visit confirmation, share the guidelines for chaperones with the adults joining the group, remind all attendees to pack lunch, and ask students to leave their book bags at school.

Pre- and Post-visit Classroom Lessons: “Visiting Vizcaya”
A pre-visit classroom lesson is provided to help educators and students prepare for their visit to Vizcaya. “Visiting Vizcaya” is produced in two levels to support different grade ranges. The “Teacher Version” provides notes and instructions for educators to facilitate the presentation for students.

Post-visit student feedback and reflection
