Description: Enjoy a night for the senses as we travel the world through chocolate with expert chocolatier Ricardo Trillos of Cao Chocolates. Gathering in Vizcaya's courtyard, the evening will dive into the art of chocolate making and explore wine pairings through Cao's artisanal confections. <br>Guests will receive a signature Vizcaya glass with each ticket purchase. All event participants will automatically be entered into a raffle. This event is limited to Vizcaya members and their guests. <br>

Description: As Vizcaya enters into a year-long science experiment to better understand where the trash that washes up along our shoreline comes from, we are preparing drift cards that will be used but we can't just throw plain drift cards into the water, so come help us make them beautiful! We'll provide the drift cards, the paint and the scenery. You bring your friends and family. Free with admission.

Description: How can words describe the experience of living in a time of environmental crisis? Does the language we use shape our experience of the natural world? Reflect with local environmental humanities scholars and ecoartists on how arts and culture can help us understand the feelings we might have as we think about climate change. Hear from to local humanities scholars and horticulturists while participating in group discussions.

Description: Join artists from Phase I of the Lost Spaces and Stories of Vizcaya exhibit to get insights on their installations. Moderated by artist John William Bailly, FIU Honors College professor and Artist in Residence at the Deering Estate, the panel will explore what it means for artists to create new work in historic spaces and how Vizcaya engages contemporary artists to help tell our story. After the panel, the museum will be open for guests to visit the works and chat further with artists. Tickets are $5.
